A 100% natural mineral, Perlite & Aqueous Citric Acid blend, FrySol is a registered product of KT Cimpex, India.

Unlike other products (that remove surfactants from oil) FrySol is to be added while frying the oil rather then post frying, and acts as a "Processing Aid".

Appox. 2 to 3 gms. of FrySol is all that is needed while frying in about a liter of oil.

FrySol comes with a recommended ‘Oil Management System’ which involves the usage of FrySol, filtering of used oil, discarding and topping of a small quantity of oil.

FrySol in India is available in different size packs ranging from 40 gms., 1 Kg. and 4 Kgs. (1 Kg. x 4) Carton pack.
How to Use
STEP 1: Add FrySol
Just before oil is ready for Frying, add FrySol @ 2 to 3 gms. per liter depending on food product. This will support the oil for 4 hrs.
STEP 2: Stir and Start Frying
In case of Kadai, Stir with a ladle (In Continuous Fryer, conveyor will do the Job) and Start Frying as usual
STEP 3: Add every 4 Hours
After 4 hrs. of frying, add a dose of FrySol every hour @ 2 to 3 gm/litre. Top up oil as and when necessary.
STEP 4: Filter
After frying, when the oil has cooled a bit (below 150 C), filter the oil with a filter.
(The filtered oil can be used next day.)
